Create an Email Signature from Scratch in Zumpul

Steps

  1. [00:07] - Start Creation: Click the Create new signature button located in the upper right corner of your dashboard.

  2. [00:14] - Name the Signature: Assign a clear, identifiable name to your template (for example, "IP signature").

  3. [00:24] - Clear Default Fields: Scroll down to the body of the signature to view default examples. Delete these fields to start your layout from zero.

  4. [00:29] - Add Dynamic Fields: Move to the right-side panel, grab the Title field, and drag and drop it into your desired location in the editor.

  5. [00:35] - Build the Name Row: Type a "Name" label, then drag and drop the First Name and Last Name fields from the right panel.

  6. [00:38] - Add Contact Details: Type an "Email" label, then drag and drop the Email field from the panel to complete the basic structure.

  7. [00:43] - Preview Design: Click the Preview button to verify that the system is rendering the layout exactly how you want it to look.

  8. [00:52] - Assign and Deploy: Type an employee's email address in the search bar and hit search. Select the person from the results, then choose to either Apply the signature now or Save the signature to be applied later.
