Create & Manage Google Workspace Signatures

Steps

  1. [00:04] - Access the Dashboard: Log into your Zumpul account. You can view your existing templates by clicking on Signatures to see a list of all the signatures that have been created.

  2. [00:20] - Start a New Signature: To begin, click the newly added Create new signature button located in the global header. This button is conveniently present everywhere in the application.

  3. [00:31] - Navigate the Tabs: The creation process is streamlined into three tabs. You only need to complete two of them to create and apply your signature: General Information and Choose People.

  4. [00:44] - Design Your Layout: In the General Information tab, you can select a pre-built template from the gallery or start your signature completely from scratch.

  5. [00:51] - Add Dynamic Fields: Drag and drop the required dynamic fields into your layout. For this example, add the First Name, Last Name, Business Title, Email Address, Phone Number, and upload a promotional Banner at the bottom.

  6. [01:22] - Resize Elements: Once your banner or logo image is loaded into the editor, you can easily click and resize it according to your specific design needs.

  7. [01:28] - Assign to Users: Move to the second required tab: Choose People. Here, you can search for and assign the signature to single persons or entire Google Groups.

  8. [01:50] - Apply and Verify: If you select a Google Group, the layout will apply to every single member. Hit Apply Signature Now. The system will confirm it is saved and applied, and the changes will instantly reflect in the users' Gmail accounts.
