Apply a Signature to a Specific User in Zumpul

Steps

  1. [00:08] - Navigate to People: Go to the People section in your dashboard to search for the specific user you want to apply the signature to.

  2. [00:11] - Search for the User: You can quickly locate the employee by typing their name, email address, or other identifying details into the search bar.

  3. [00:18] - Open User Details: Once you find the correct user in the search results, click on their name to open and view their specific profile details.

  4. [00:21] - Edit Information: Perform any necessary changes to their personal data (such as updating a phone number or job title) if needed.

  5. [00:28] - Choose a Template: Click the Preview button, then start typing the name of the signature template you want to assign to this specific user.

  6. [00:35] - Assign the Template: Select the desired template from the dropdown menu and hit the check icon so the template is assigned to the signature editor.

  7. [00:40] - Review and Deploy: Review the preview to ensure everything looks okay. If the layout is correct, click the Apply button.

  8. [00:43] - Confirmation: The new signature has now been successfully applied and is live for this specific user's Google Workspace account.
