Zumpul works based on the Google Mail features, the regular behaviow is that when a signature is set this is not reflected on any client; to have a signature set in a client you should apply it on the client itself.
How can I add a new user in Zumpul to apply a signature?
Zumpul users are based on the Google Directory in your domain, so that if you want to add a new person to set a signature, you have to create it first in your G Suite account, when the users sync you'll see the new user(s) in Zumpul and thereafter set
Can I edit a person's profile to apply the correct details in the signature?
